Typical or Tenacious: Toyota Tundra?
The Toyota Tundra has had many grown attempts at creating a truck that has lived up to their competitors standards. Thus far, the Tundra has had a bit of a difficult task living up to the Chevy Silverado and Ford F-150 names.
While the Tundra has gotten quite a name for itself through the powerful, restored engines that make the truck an extremely capable truck in its class--even if it may be on the lower end of the spectrum.
Why is it on the lower end of the spectrum? As it seems while the engines may be powerful, they also contribute to the trucky ride and thirst-hungry gas tank. Even the interior has been known to have some mishaps according to critics.
The result of these sometimes positive, sometimes negative features? A truck that may or may not be suitable for all the buyers of full-size pick-up trucks.
At the end of the day, it seems the question you need to be able to answer for yourself is what you are looking for in a full-size pick-up truck. The Toyota Tundra may or may not accommodate these needs, but it most certainly does give itself a fighting chance, so perhaps you should too. Don't wait--go take a Toyota Tundra for a test drive today and own one tomorrow!
